Domi Station Launches Get Started Program with $5k Seed Prize

2015 Get Started Applications Due by August 15th

Here at Domi Station, we're on a mission to drive Tallahassee's startup community forward. And that's why we are excited to announce a call for applications for Get Started, our new program for early-stage companies. Founded in Lean Launch methodology, Get Started will accept a cohort of eight startup teams, running them through a rigorous customer discovery and product development process. Accepted companies will meet twice weekly for facilitated classes, be paired with an experienced mentor, and receive two months of coworking space at Domi Station.

But that's not all we're offering! There's money on the line. $5,000 will be awarded to the startup team that shows the most traction and scalable potential at the end of the two-month program. Ideal applicants have a startup idea that is based in information technology or scientific commercialization as well as a team focused on moving that idea forward. However, aspiring entrepreneurs are also encouraged to apply, whether or not they already have an idea and team in place. This allows anyone who wants to experience the startup community first hand to join an early-stage team.
