Domi Station Partners with Florida Blue to Accelerate the Impact of North Florida Entrepreneurs

Tallahassee, FL, 11/13/14 — Domi is excited to announce a new partnership with Florida Blue. As an innovative health solutions company and the state’s largest insurer, Florida Blue joins a diverse group of public-private supporters (including Leon County and Florida State University) investing in Tallahassee’s growing startup community. The partnership with Florida Blue will help expand Domi’s programs and outreach, demonstrating the company’s commitment to providing North Florida entrepreneurs with world-class education and training opportunities.

“This is a great step towards strategically aligning Domi’s brand with an established company that has already done significant work and made substantial investments in entrepreneurship around Florida,” said Micah Widen, CEO of Domi Ventures. “We look forward to forging a strong and lasting partnership with Florida Blue.”

Domi is on a mission to make Tallahassee and Leon County a viable and thriving option for startups by both retaining our best and brightest entrepreneurs and attracting high-impact talent and resources from outside the region. Ultimately though, building a startup community is a collaborative effort, and that makes Florida Blue’s commitment all the more crucial.
