Session 8: Financial Modeling

Turn your business vision into a financial roadmap. During this session, participants will learn how to create realistic financial projections, estimate costs, forecast revenue, and evaluate business viability. By the end of the workshop, attendees will have a clearer understanding of how to use financial models to guide planning and decision-making.
