Kid Business Interviews - A Drop-In Event

Does your child age 6-14 love hosting a lemonade stand in their front yard?  Or do they have a crafty side and are constantly making the latest fads to sell to their friends?  Maybe they already have their own successful etsy shop or find ways to make money by helping neighbors with odd jobs.  If you've answered yes to any of these, then you have a young entrepreneur on your hands, and we would love to meet them!

On Monday, November 13th from 5:30-7:30, we invite you to stop by the Breezeway Market in Railroad Square so we can learn about your child's startup business in a brief interview.  The interviews will be compiled into a promo video for teh Inaugural Children's Business Fair that is coming to Tallahassee on January 15th.  Also, 1-2 kid business startups who have interviewed will be selected to showcase his/her startup at Tallahassee Startup Week's closing event on Friday, November 17th from 5-8pm, located at the TCC Center for Innovation.  Their table display will be showcased among over 50 other startups in the community, mostly adults and some kids.

This is a drop-in event so you may swing by any time between 5:30 and 7:30.  The interview will last no more than 15 minutes and will be conducted by Jessica Duncan, owner of Fun4TallyKids.  Every kid interviewed will receive a thank-you gift for participating.

**This event will be hosted at Railroad Square Art Park's Breezeway Market (602 McDonnell Dr., Tallahassee, FL 32310).**
